The Apple logo on your iPhone can act as a smart “secret button.”
Your iPhone got a new button a few months ago and you may not have noticed it.
With the iOS 14 update, iPhone users can enable the Back Tap feature, which allows users to tap the back of their iPhone to launch Siri, take screenshots, lock the phone, and plus.
Although this OS update is available for iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, iPhone 7, and iPhone 7 Plus, Back Tap only works from iPhone 8.
There are more than two dozen shortcuts you can assign to Back Tap, you can only have two Back Tap shortcuts at a time: one for double tap and one for triple tap. But they are easy to configure and change at any time.
To activate this button, the following steps must be followed:
Make sure you have the latest version of iOS on iPhone 8 or later.
Go to Settings> Accessibility> Touch, and choose Back Touch.
Tap Double tap or Triple tap and select an action.
Tap two or three times on the back of the iPhone to activate the action you have set.
The Back Tap is not the only useful tool that the iPhone has. It also has other very interesting functions.
Save a whole page with the screenshot function
If you enter a site from the Safari browser and then take a screenshot, you can choose the option that says Full page to save the entire page that you can then store in PDF format.
Correct texts in one touch
In case you have written a whole text and you want to correct a letter or add an accent, you do not have to go and press your finger to that point. There is a much simpler option: just press the space bar and scroll to the exact point where you want to make the modification.

Take measurements with the phone
The Measure app allows you to make measurements. When activating the app, the camera opens and then you have to mark two points in space and you will see the length between those extremes.
Hide desks
The iOS 14 operating system allows you to hide some desktops or screens along with the applications that are on them. All are stored in the app library and will appear on the right.
To make use of this option, you have to press and hold your finger on one of the desks and, while the apps are shaking, you must press the indicator of pages or desktops that appear below. An option will open with all the configured pages. There you have to select the page you want to hide and press Ok. To see the hidden apps you have to slide to the right.

Activate the burst button for the camera
The burst function allows you to take one photo after another so you don’t miss an image. To activate this option, you must enter the camera’s settings menu and activate the option that allows you to use the volume up button to take a burst of photos.
